In his most recent jury trials, he and his team secured verdicts of $976 million in a seatbelt-defect case against Mitsubishi Motors, $220 million in a tire-defect wrongful-death case against Michelin North America, $49 million in the Sandy Hook defamation case against Alex Jones, and $31 million in a catastrophic trucking case – extraordinary outcomes against some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated defendants. These results reflect a rare ability to take the hardest cases to trial – and win when the stakes are highest.

Mr. Ball focuses his practice on product-liability litigation involving vehicle and tire manufacturers, handling cases arising from tire failures, rollover incidents, airbag and seatbelt defects, seat failures, fuel-fed fires, and other design and manufacturing defects. His work has helped expose systemic safety failures and drive meaningful accountability across the automotive industry.

Having tried cases in more than ten states and in federal courts nationwide, Mr. Ball is widely regarded as one of the nation’s premier courtroom advocates.
